The Cork bass drum beater is made from Agglomerated cork and is one our smallest and lightest bass drum beaters.  It weighs in at 2.7 ounces, which makes it feel like lightning. 

We decided the typical “hamburger” style, where, in most cases, only the top edge of the beater gets used, was not the most efficient setup.  Our solution to turn it sideways gives you a more consistent striking surface and even wear, no matter the height of the beater or type of pedal. 

To protect and aid in the longevity of the beater we finish it with 7 coats of polyurethane, making it as durable as possible.
